It doesn’t take long to realize Mike Rhoades is a winner. Being around him for two years as a manager at VCU while he was an Assistant Coach was truly a blessing. Coach Rhoades has an unbelievable energy inside him for competition and bringing guys together. His enthusiasm and leadership is contagious.
